The following outlines the standards of conduct expected of all staff working at Lasso Country Music Festival. By submitting this application you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct at all times while representing the festival.

While working at Lasso Country Music Festival you must
- Follow all instructions given by supervisors team leaders event management security and emergency services.
- Treat fellow staff volunteers artists patrons and members of the public with respect professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that positively represents Lasso Country Music Festival both on and off shift while on site.
- Comply with all festival policies venue rules safety procedures and any signage displayed at the event.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations including directions given by police security and emergency services.
- Immediately report any safety concerns incidents or emergencies to your supervisor or event management.
- Refrain from discriminatory harassing aggressive or inappropriate behaviour of any kind.
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on shift.
- Use appropriate safety precautions when required and avoid engaging in unsafe or hazardous behaviour.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality and not share sensitive information obtained while working at the event.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event and/or termination of engagement.
